How We Are Keeping You Safe
At Nobel Dental, the health and safety of our patients and staff is always our top priority. With the increased community spread of COVID-19 and the rapidly changing situation, we are closely following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control , Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and American Dental Association, to ensure our patients get the care they need in a safe and timely manner. We have made numerous changes to our practice and continually review and update the measures to ensure the safety of the Nobel Dental community.
In an effort to keep our patients, families, and staff as safe as possible, we are proud to implement the following safety measures:
- Screening and temperature checks for every person entering our office, including staff
- Prior to your visit, we will be performing a telephone screening of COVID-19 symptoms and/or exposure to anyone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19
- At your visit, there will be a temperature screen and another screening for COVID-19 symptoms and potential COVID-19 exposure
- Universal masking of staff and patients at all times
- Physical distancing in our reception, common and clinical areas
- Reception area especially re-designed to allow for social distancing
- Additional measures for increased and aggressive disinfection of reception, common and clinical areas above and beyond our already strict standards for cleaning and disinfection
- Reception area with updated flooring and furniture allow for frequent and thorough disinfection
- HEPA filters have been placed in reception and all clinical areas
- Limited patients to our office
- Visits will be restricted to patients only. If the patient is a minor or otherwise requires an accompanying adult, we request that only one adult accompany the patient.
If you have had any contact with COVID-19 suspected/confirmed individual or experience any of the COVID-19 symptoms please contact our office to reschedule your appointment. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
